It's safe to say that my favorite thing in the world is seeing young indigenous Nigerians carve a niche for themselves in the fashion industry.

When Charity Ineji reached out to me for a collaboration, I was literally overjoyed. I promise it has absolutely nothing to do with getting new clothes for free. Focus!

We went back and forth for a while until we agreed on three outfits from her brand, Ice Collection which specializes in making well-tailored female clothing; couture and prêt-à-porter for the quintessential woman.

The first outfit, a mixed print Ankara cold shoulder print dress was one that I fell in love with at first sight. But then again, I’m obsessed with Ankara. Extra points for mixed prints. I see myself wearing this to church or work on a Friday.

You know, I've never really understood the fuss about Valentines. I mean, why wait for one day out of 365/366 in a year to show love to a loved one?
Lol! I'm joking please. Does anybody have a spare Valentine that they're not using?

Now, is it just me or has just about every girl become obsessed with being in a relationship? It's okay to be single guys! There's no need to rush. Relationships will happen or not. And honestly, that's okay.

Until very recently, I didn't think myself to be an emotionally expressive person. I'd see my friends "ooh" and "ahh" over surprise gifts or visits, acts of service from their significant others and I'd just be like Nah! Non! Rah rah! Not me!
